We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef to lead our commissary kitchen operations, bringing world-class flavors and fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall culinary operations of the commissary, including menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and kitchen staff supervision.
  • Develop and standardize recipes across Filipino, Asian, and Western cuisines.
  • Lead Research & Development initiatives for new menu items, improving current offerings, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure high-quality ingredient sourcing.
  • Train and mentor culinary staff to maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor kitchen production output to meet volume demands for multiple outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Culinary Arts or related field; additional training in R&D or food science is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a commissary or large-scale production setting.
  • Deep expertise in Filipino, Asian, and Western cuisines.
  • Strong background in menu development, food costing, and standardization.
  • Proven experience in Research & Development, including test kitchen work and pilot projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Passionate about culinary innovation and continuous improvement.
