Restaurant Manager (high-end restaurant experience required)

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and highly driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations of an established, high-end dining concept. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a premium brand known for its exceptional cuisine, elevated guest experience, and uncompromising service standards.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and a consistently outstanding guest experience. This role requires a strong hospitality leader with a refined understanding of fine dining service, team development, and business management.

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and premium guest satisfaction
• Uphold and continuously elevate fine dining standards and brand reputation
• Drive revenue growth while managing costs and optimizing profitability
• Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership
• Oversee inventory, supplier relationships, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or fine dining establishments is a MUST for this role
• Strong financial acumen (P&L management, forecasting, cost control)
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Refined communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and leadership presence
• Background in luxury hospitality or internationally recognized brands will be a definite advantage
