Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our full portfolio of weighing and force measurement products, including load cells, signal conditioners, truck scales, floor scales, bench scales, forklift scales, and specialized instrumentation for pressure and vacuum monitoring equipment, particularly for HVAC applications.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets such as agriculture, industrial automation, batching and process control, testing systems, and custom-engineered sensing solutions.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored solutions backed by strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of client applications.
• Provide technical consultation and end-to-end sales support to ensure seamless product integration and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive sustainable growth, and enhance brand visibility throughout the Philippine market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in electronic scales, load cells, signal conditioners, or related industrial measurement equipment.
• Strong understanding of applications in agriculture, industrial batching, and material testing industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
