Human Resource Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a talented Human Resource Assistant to join the dynamic team at Everest Scaffolding Corporation in our office in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

• Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, orientations, and training sessions
• Providing support with payroll and benefits administration
• Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
• Payroll cash disbursement
• Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed

• 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Familiarity with HR regulations and best practices in the Philippines
