Quality and Operations Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Assume the role of Business Process Engineer (BPE) for the platform, support the implementation of business transformation at the platform, and be responsible for the construction, optimization, and compliance of local processes.
• Be responsible for the information system construction of the representative office (including system development, awareness education, risk response, violation investigation, and security environment), and be responsible for the ISO27001 certification of the subsidiary.
• Be responsible for the administrative office operations of the representative office (including document management, meeting organization, and task handling), and assume the responsibility of managing key tasks for the CEO's office of the representative office.
• Be responsible for the construction and operation of the knowledge management platform at the representative office.
• Be responsible for the construction and operation of the document room at the representative office, and be responsible for the construction of the document management system (UDOC) at the representative office, including the archiving, storage, use, and destruction management of key documents

• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• For experienced candidates: 1 – 3 years experience in admin work.
• Has strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
• Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in work
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
