Operations Assistant

This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient operations, standardized processes, and continuous business improvement.

• Coordinate operations programs and cross-functional initiatives across Warehouse, Production, Engineering, QC, Projects, and RUD (meaning Roll-up Door).
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to support operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and operational performance updates for management.
• Assist in the implementation of EOS/L10 and other operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and action plans across departments.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation and organized handover of operational projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or program management.
• Background in KPI reporting, dashboard monitoring, SOP development, or process improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is an advantage.
