Accounting Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to support the company's daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in various accounting functions using the SAP System.

• Process and record accounting transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain updated financial records.
• Monitor and verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Generate reports and assist in monthly financial closing activities.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records in the SAP System.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Assist with audits and other accounting-related requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP System is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
