Job Title: Environment Occupational Safety and Health Specialist - Fixed Term Employment
The primary objective of this role is to help ensure compliance, sustainability, and measure performance to prevent serious injury and fatality, whether inside the facility or in the communities where the company operates, protect the assets of the company, and prevent any environmental impact.

Brief Summary of the Role:
This role supports the EOSH Team Leader in carrying out the implementation of the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), and Environmental Programs of the organization in accordance with the requirements set for Safety and Environment Management System, the Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc., The Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.The primary objective of this role is to help ensure compliance, sustainability, and measure performance to prevent serious injury and fatality, whether inside the facility or in the communities where the company operates, protect the assets of the company, and prevent any environmental impact.
This position also serves as the designated Safety Officer.
Position Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate of Engineering Sciences or Technical Course (Industrial / Civil / Chemical, Mechanical or the like)
- BOSH Trained, preferably a certified Pollution Control Officer
- At least 2-year experience in EOSH discipline
- Good analytical, listening and communication skills to ensure that the information is received and relayed correctly.
- Aptitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
