Key Responsibilities
- Conducts product safety and performance testing for new products.
- Designs, develops, and oversees all aspects of control systems and product development.
- Provides work instructions, standard procedures, and technical assessments for new products and processes.
- Supports new product development engineering by contributing to research, design, and testing activities.
- Prepares technical specifications for new materials, components, or parts required for product launches.
- Assists production teams by addressing R&D-related challenges and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve design, performance, and development issues.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cabuyao.
