Multi Skilled Technician
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join our team at Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc.' in Makati & Taguig . This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a key member of our facilities management team, responsible for providing essential maintenance and repair services across our client properties.
What you'll be doing- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman work
- Diagnose and repair issues with building systems and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities
- Respond promptly to emergency callouts and work collaboratively with the facilities management team to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and report on the status of building systems
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
- Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or in a similar facilities maintenance role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- NC II Certified or training in relevant trades (e.g. electrical, plumbing) would be highly advantageous
