Assistant Security Manager

• Assist the Security Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments of company facilities.
• Perform field visits to branches, project sites, warehouses, or client locations to evaluate security conditions and compliance.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, theft, and other security-related concerns.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, security service providers, and local authorities when necessary.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure proper deployment and performance.
• Prepare security reports, incident documentation, and recommendations for management.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
• Assist in emergency response planning and crisis management activities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Experience in security operations, investigations, law enforcement, military service, or security management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Willing and able to conduct fieldwork, site inspections, and travel to company locations as required.
• Knowledge of security risk assessment and incident investigation procedures.
