Is currently looking for:

SECURITY OFFICER (URGENT)

The position plays a critical role in maintaining safety, security, and operational continuity across all buildings and common areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take full responsibility for the 24/7 monitoring and operation of the Command Center, including CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control
• Conduct regular roving patrols within the premises, including buildings, parking areas, and common areas, to ensure safety and security
• Maintain constant communication with on-ground security personnel for coordination and response deployment
• Log all observations, incidents, and activities in the Command Center monitoring system and security logbooks
• Support and coordinate emergency response operations, including but not limited to: Fire incidents, Earthquakes, Typhoons and severe weather conditions, medical emergencies, Security threats and disturbances.
• Ensure active presence and availability during emergencies, providing real-time updates and coordination to management, ERT, and external responders.
• Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations, incident reports, or management requests
• Enforce company house rules, safety policies, and security protocols at all times.
• Assist in orienting and explaining house rules, security procedures, and access protocols to new tenants, contractors, and stakeholders during pre-construction (pre-con) meetings and orientation.
• Coordinate with external agencies such as: Police authorities, Fire Department (BFP), Medical responders.
• Assist tenants, visitors, and internal teams with security-related concerns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate (preferably in Criminology) or at least college level; high school diploma accepted with relevant experience
• With experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or control room operations is preferred
• Strong analytical, observational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports and security documentation
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively during high-pressure and emergency situations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Physically fit and capable of extended duty hours when required during emergencies
• Basic knowledge of security systems such as CCTV and alarm systems
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
