Job Summary

The Psychometrician is responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests and assessments. The role supports psychological evaluation, employee assessment, and client screening while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.

• Administer psychological and psychometric tests to clients or employees
• Score, interpret, and record test results accurately
• Assist psychologists in psychological evaluation and assessment processes
• Maintain proper documentation of test materials and results
• Ensure confidentiality of all psychological data and records
• Prepare assessment reports and summaries as required
• Monitor proper use and storage of psychological testing materials
• Assist in conducting interviews and behavioral assessments when needed
• Coordinate with clinical staff regarding assessment results
• Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards in testing procedures
• Assist in research or data gathering activities when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
• Registered Psychometrician (with valid PRC license)
• Knowledgeable in psychological testing and assessment tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Office or clinical setting with regular interaction with clients or staff
• May require extended hours during testing or evaluation periods
• Requires strict confidentiality and ethical compliance

• Work schedules are from Mondays – Saturdays (0700-0400 , 0800-0050 )
