Job Summary:

The Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases real estate properties, promotes the company’s brand, and supports marketing campaigns. This role involves editing property tours, promotional videos, social media content, and client testimonials to attract potential buyers and investors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished property tour videos, promotional ads, and social media clips
• Enhance videos with music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align video content with branding and campaign goals
• Organize and manage video files, assets, and project timelines
• Ensure all videos meet quality standards and deadlines
• Create engaging short-form content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Color correct and improve audio quality for professional output
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, especially in real estate marketing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor. At least 2 years experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Knowledge of real estate marketing is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
