The Field Collection/Repossession Officer monitors and reports on collection activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates to support data-driven strategies and improve recovery performance.He engages in face-to-face negotiations with delinquent clients to arrange payment settlements, and ensures the timely delivery of demand letters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to all senior high school graduates, college undergraduates or graduates, or those who have completed any vocational course.
- Experience in the collections industry or related work is an advantage.
- Must know how to drive 2-wheeled and/or 4-wheeled vehicles.
- Must own a motorcycle and updated license.
- Male, at least 20 years of age.
- Must have good communication skills. Must be computer literate.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
