We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support the IT Demand Management function, ensuring effective evaluation, coordination, and governance of business and technology demands across the enterprise.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, support demand prioritization, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate business and IT demand requests, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and objectives
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation activities with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business needs into structured functional and technical requirements
- Coordinate with IT stakeholders including Enterprise Architecture, Security, and technical teams
- Support IT demand governance and clearance processes for new tools and solutions
- Maintain and update demand tracking tools and dashboards
- Support RFI (Request for Information) activities related to new business demands
- Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for stakeholder engagement
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in demand management processes
- Support continuous improvement of demand management policies, templates, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Business Analysis
- Experience in enterprise platforms such as Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and business writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multinational environment
