Stock Clerk

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or plant operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work in a plant or operations environment

Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor inventory movements and ensure timely and accurate SAP postings
• Perform daily reconciliation of physical inventory against system records and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels, inventory variances, and product gain/loss reports
• Maintain complete and organized inventory records, reports, and supporting documents
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports
• Monitor the issuance and usage of operational materials, consumables, and plant-controlled assets
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, internal controls, and company policies
• Participate in emergency response activities and comply with all HSE and plant safety requirements
