Billing and Collection Manager (Permanent Work from Home) - Makati

We are seeking a seasoned CPA to lead our billing and collections operations with precision, resilience, and strategic insight. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and collections, and who thrives in a remote, midshift setup aligned with US operations.

• Oversee billing and collection operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing, collections, and receivables
• Lead efforts to reduce aging receivables and improve cash flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and collection issues
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in billing, collections, revenue, and reporting
• Shared services and BPO experience are a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
