About the Role
We are expanding rapidly and hunting for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive | Corporate Relationship Manager to focus entirely on new business acquisition. This is a target-driven, outbound field sales role suited for aggressive hunters who excel in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new corporate and SME accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new B2B clients through daily cold calling, structured field visits, networking, and social selling
- Build, track, and manage a healthy pipeline from scratch using our CRM system
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solution
- Understand customer challenges, prepare custom commercial quotations, and close deals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales quotas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ Years of proven B2B sales experience, favourably in a hunter or new business development role
- Strong experience in daily cold calling, prospecting, and comfortable with face-to-face field engagement
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel daily within your designated territory to meet clients and drive field sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to identify opportunities, address client needs, and propose tailored solutions
