JOB SUMMARY
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationship with brokers, clients, and key partners to support growth and client satisfaction. The role involves managing client communications, supporting strategic relationship initiatives, and working closely with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.The position requires strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communicaton skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
