Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations. This includes order fulfillment, returns processing, B2B and B2C logistics coordination, inventory receiving, and system-based transaction management across platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, and webstores.
The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order flow and delivery execution.
Major Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & E-commerce Operations- Manage end-to-end order processing, shipment manifests, and fulfillment for B2B and B2C transactions
- Handle Shopify and webstore order workflows, including returns, refunds, and status updates
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery with logistics partners (e.g., Transportify) to ensure timely fulfillment
- Execute B2B receiving and inventory updates in NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound stock movements
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between system records and physical counts
- Support PR/PO creation, tracking, and documentation processes
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, deliveries, and issue resolution
- Manage logistics and procurement documents using tools such as DocuSign
- Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, customer service, finance) and external partners
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, returns, and fulfillment discrepancies
- Support reporting and continuous improvement of logistics and fulfillment processes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any related field
- With at least three (3) years of related work experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain and Fulfillment
- Has hands-on experience with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar webstore systems
- Familiar with ERP Systems (preferably NetSuite) for inventory or order management
- Basic understanding of procurement processes including PR/PO workflows
- Experience coordinating with third-party logisitics providers and delivery platforms (e.g., Transportify or equivalent)
- Comfortable working on-site from Monday to Friday at Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
