PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT (Cebu)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President’s personal and family calendar, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate personal and family travel, bookings, and itineraries
  • Run errands and handle personal purchases or deliveries as needed
  • Assist with organizing family gatherings, special occasions, and social commitments
  • Monitor household needs and coordinate with household staff or service providers
  • Handle confidential communication and tasks with utmost discretion
  • Organize digital and physical records for personal, family, and financial matters
  • Support the President with day-to-day logistics and ensure tasks are completed promptly
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for both personal and professional matters
  • Provide backup support in business tasks when necessary (e.g., simple reporting or reminders)

Job Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Highly organized, discreet, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Calendar, messaging apps, online shopping, etc.)
  • Flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent needs, including after-hours
  • Background in family or executive support is a strong advantage
  • With a driver’s license and knows how to drive is a plus factor
