As a Jollibee Service Crew member, you are the face of our brand. You will provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide prompt and courteous service.

Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Handle cash register operations and process payments correctly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters.

Prepare food and beverage items according to company standards.

Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels and shortages.

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.
