RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas as needed.
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients to use as needed.
• Assisting with food preparation as needed.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as needed.
• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries, as needed.
• Storing ingredients when needed.
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory as needed.
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager as needed.
• Serve dishes to customers. Packaging customers' leftover food upon request when needed.
• Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least medium build, energetic and nimble. Not easily prone to sickness.
• Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• A passion for the food and beverage industry and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to details
• Basic food preparation skills and the ability to follow recipes and procedures
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Can understand well and speak English.
• With sense of responsibility.
