Job Description
We are hiring Retail Account Specialists to assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth retail experiences.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product details, pricing, and promotions
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on retail systems and processes
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
