- Flexible, enthusiast, persuasive, and persistent
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Willing to travel
- With driver's license is an advantage
- Must be trainable
- Responsible in achieving or exceeding Volume, Distribution, and Merchandising
- Promotion and Collection objectives of assigned territory by efficiently conducting Basic Call Procedures (BCP) and effectively implementing product
- Expand product distribution by pushing new products or new SKUs (canvass drives)
- Analyze weekly performance, compute balance to sell, request for additional load to ensure load to ensure achievement of target
- Visit prospects in order to continually open new accounts
- Analyze weekly performance, establish balance to sell or collect and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of target
- Actively participate in cycle meetings, or meetings required by the President, and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
- Practice Company Core Values and adhere to Company Rules and Regulations.
