Production Supervisor New

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is seeking a Production Supervisor on behalf of a global technology company specializing in precision power conversion, measurement, and control technologies. To be based in Rosario, Cavite.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining workflow organization. This role plays a key part in achieving production targets while ensuring quality compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily production plans to meet revenue and operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production line efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to optimize production processes for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assign tasks effectively, ensuring all team members understand and fulfill their responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of electronic components, their operation, and applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
