Job Summary

Clavano Printers is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to handle client acquisition and account management for our printing services.

The role involves generating sales, preparing quotations, and coordinating closely with production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of print jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
• Prepare and send quotations based on job specifications (size, paper, quantity, finishing)
• Coordinate with Operations group for job requirements by client
• Ensure all confirmed orders are properly endorsed and encoded
• Monitor job progress and update clients on status and delivery timelines
• Follow up on pending quotations and collections (as required by policy)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• With at least three (3) years sales experience in any of the following industries;
• Trading and Manufacturing
• Retail and Distribution
• Pharmaceuticals
• FMCG - Government contracting and supply
• Private contracting and supply
• With extensive and deep personal and/or professional network in any of the industries mentioned above.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills as well as has a good business acumen.
• Knows how to drive 4-wheel or 2-wheel vehicles, or has his own vehicle.
• Can start immediately (Please note that shortlisted applicants will undergo joint-field work in pursuing their own prospects).
• Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or corporate sales
• Ability to interpret printing specifications and client requirements
• Familiarity with basic costing or pricing of print jobs

• Established and growing printing company
