Sales Operations Coordinator

Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)

What is your mission?

The role focuses on order lifecycle coordination, cross‑functional alignment, systems data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement, ensuring orders are executed accurately, risks are flagged early, and internal stakeholders remain fully aligned from intake to delivery.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Support the sales team throughout the full order lifecycle, from order creation through final delivery
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Operations to ensure accurate timelines and product availability
• Track order status, inventory levels, and purchasing dates to prevent fulfillment issues or delays
• Monitor open orders and proactively flag risks, exceptions, or delays to management
• Ensure all sales operations tasks are completed accurately and on time until delivery completion
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs
• Escalate operational issues or delivery risks to the appropriate manager when required
• Communicate clearly and professionally with cross‑functional internal teams
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM or Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Generate standard reports and dashboards using built‑in tools and data filters
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and partner with Operations or Information Technology to streamline workflows
• Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and sales operations process improvements
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales and operational systems
• Assist with logistics coordination, delivery tracking, and shipping timelines as needed
• Support internal back‑office customer experience processes with minimal external customer interaction
• Help ensure internal service level commitments are met across departments

• Experience‑based qualification preferred; formal degree is not required
• At least two (2) years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or operations coordination roles
• Proven background supporting internal back‑office operations and internal stakeholders
• Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Customer Relationship Management or Enterprise Resource Planning system
• Ability to generate basic reports and dashboards using standard tools and data filtering
• Exposure to inventory management, purchasing, logistics coordination, or delivery tracking is an advantage
• Experience participating in process improvement, workflow optimization, or systems enhancement initiatives
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow‑through skills in a fast‑paced environment
• High level of attention to data accuracy and consistency
• Excellent internal communication skills, both written and verbal, across cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work independently, remain self‑motivated, and perform effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and process‑driven mindset
