Job Description:
The Sales Operations Lead is a key member of Nexon’s Sales Strategy & Enablement team. Acting as the right-hand person (2IC) to the Manager, this role is designed for someone ready to step up and take ownership of critical sales operations functions.
You’ll be the first line of support for our sales team—helping them navigate tools, processes, and data to do their best work. You’ll also work cross-functionally to drive alignment across teams, and play a central role in improving systems, streamlining workflows, and enabling smarter decision-making.
This is a hands-on role that requires critical thinking—you’ll need to question assumptions, dig into the details, identify process gaps, and propose data-driven solutions. Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to support for sales reps and leaders—onboarding new starters, answering questions, solving problems, and enabling productivity
- Assist with administration and improvement of CRM systems (Dynamics), sales tools, and processes
- Build and maintain dashboards, analyse pipeline health, and support forecasting
- Coordinate onboarding, develop knowledge base and onboarding materials, and update the sales playbook
- Administer commission calculations and territory/account changes
- Manage the rhythm of business activities such as the monthly sales meeting, sales planning reviews, and monthly reporting packs
- Collaborate and drive alignment cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Service Delivery, BizOps, Technology, and across our business units.
- Identify friction points, automate manual tasks, and support AI and automation initiatives
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity
Qualification and requirements:
- At least 2–3 years in sales operations, enablement, or revenue operations with a demonstrated record of strong YOY revenue growth during your tenure
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and process improvement
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills (you can’t live without Excel)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with onboarding, training, and enablement content preferred
- Exposure to AI tools or automation is a bonus
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys helping others and making systems work better
- A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- A curious learner who’s excited about new tools, technologies, and ways of working
