The Site Engineers (Engineering / Architectural) is responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of architectural and masonry works in accordance with project specifications. This role provides technical support to site supervision, assists in resolving field issues, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Provide technical and construction engineering support for architectural and masonry works, with oversight of minor structural elements.
• Assist foremen, supervisors, and site management with drawing clarifications and construction-related issues.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents and propose practical solutions to field concerns.
• Ensure timely flow of design documents and information between site management and design teams.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of quality programs, including inspections, testing, and documentation of completed works.
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure compliance with specifications and applicable standards.
• Oversee subcontracted works related to architectural finishes and masonry scope.
• Utilize project automation tools and prepare necessary reports and documentation.
• Perform quantity take-offs from design drawings and contribute to quantity tracking systems.
• Prepare field design changes and coordinate as-built documentation for architectural installations.
• Assist in developing weekly work schedules in coordination with site superintendents.
• Inspect works in progress, prepare inspection records, and verify installed quantities.
• Support procurement by preparing material requisitions and monitoring the status of material deliveries.
• Assist in developing punch lists and ensuring completion of pending architectural works.
• Support project turnover activities including preparation of as-built documents, inspection records, and quality acceptance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of site-based experience in construction projects, with strong exposure to architectural fit-out, masonry, and finishes.
• Licensed Engineer or Architect is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and Philippine building codes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and subcontractors.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under time-critical project schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Previous experience in high-rise condominium or commercial building projects.
• Familiarity with architectural systems such as gypsum board, masonry, tiling, coatings, doors and hardware, glazing, ceiling systems, and other fit-out works.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to propose practical, site-based solutions.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well within a team environment.

• This is a project-based position tied to the duration of condominium works.
• NBI clearance or proof of application is required before site deployment.
