Production Planner
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least One (1) year of proven experience as a Production Planner, Scheduler, or in a similar role in manufacturing or related industry.
Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge in SAP systems is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
Analyze production capacity and workload, identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
Track progress of production orders and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies in all planning activities.
Prepare reports on production performance, delays, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams for accurate demand forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of production plans, work orders, and inventory.
Recommend improvements in planning systems, processes, and tools.
Support management in decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
