Job Description – Cashier (Maginhawa Branch)

Reports To: Shift Supervisor / Branch Manager

Position Summary

The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth checkout operations, proper cash handling, and supports store operations during peak hours.

• Process customer orders and payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet).
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and handle customer concerns related to transactions.
• Ensure the cashiering area is clean, organized, and properly supplied.
• Assist in monitoring sales and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Support branch operations when needed (packing, dispatch, etc.).

• With at least 1 year experience in cashiering, food, or retail industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably residing near Maginhawa branch.
