We are looking for:

MORTGAGE PROCESSORS

As mortgage processors, you will be trained and expected to be proficient in performing the following tasks:

• Interfacing with clients and mortgage brokers thru calls and emails to collect basic information needed to start mortgage application.
• Interfacing with escrow, title, real estate agents and developers to collect documentation needed to submit a mortgage application to a bank
• Placing document orders to 3rd party companies and verifiers
• Reviewing the collected documentation for eligibility and correctness
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and status
• Becoming immersed and knowledgeable in the processes involved in the purchase and refinance of real estate
• Providing constant status update, support, and excellent customer service to our loan partners throughout the process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
• Excellent in verbal and written English
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing to work night shift, on site, on a fixed schedule
