About UsWe are a growing Canadian lending organization looking for a professional, relationship-focused team member to help support and strengthen our network of mortgage brokers and industry partners.
Internally, this role will function as a Mortgage Broker Concierge — aknowledgeable, responsive, and professional point of contact for broker partners.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in banking, lending, mortgages, financial services, or business development who is comfortable speaking with brokers and financial professionals, building trust, and identifying potential lending opportunities.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, referral partners, and industry professionals
- Make outbound calls to brokers to introduce lending programs, gather information, and identify opportunities
- Act as a professional point of contact for broker partners, helping ensure they feel supported and informed
- Learn and speak confidently about lending products, programs, policies,and qualification guidelines
- Follow up after presentations, events, webinars, campaigns, and broker outreach initiatives
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales and lending team
- Develop broker profiles by gathering information through structured conversations
- Identify potential lending opportunities and refer qualified prospects to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate broker profiles, call notes, follow-up tasks, and activity records in the CRM
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Relationship-building, business development, account management, or client-facing experience
- Confidence speaking with mortgage brokers, financial professionals, or
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, understand broker needs, and identify potential opportunities
- Professional phone presence and strong consultative communication skillsStrong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems or business software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Canadian lending, mortgage products, broker channels, or underwriting guidelines
- Experience working with mortgage brokers, lenders, banks, credit unions, or financial institutions
- Mortgage agent, banking advisor, lending officer, credit analyst,
- Experience in relationship management, broker development, partner
- French and English bilingual communication skills
