Chowking or Jollibee Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
• Supervise and coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Track restaurant financials including budgets, sales, and profitability
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
