JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff performance, service quality, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage team schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels and uninterrupted operations.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Support the training, development, and motivation of team members to achieve operational goals.
- Report directly to Management regarding daily operations, staff performance, customer feedback, inventory status, sales performance, and any operational concerns or incidents requiring attention.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Willing to undergo training
