Accounts Receivable Manager (Cebu-based)

A CPA certification is required for this role.

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Manage and mentor the AR team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement AR policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and minimize overdue accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts, track payment status, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Perform credit assessments and establish appropriate credit limits for new and existing customers.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, highlighting risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure accurate recording of customer transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries related to AR.

• Must be a CPA
• 7-10 years of accounting experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role overseeing accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
