Accounts Receivable / Tax Supervisor

Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / TAX SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Must be Accounting/Finance graduate
• At least 1 year of experience handling and supervising accounting/finance clerks, handling taxation or A/R
• Honest and attentive/keen to details
• Willing to extend effort to assure reports are done in time
• With experience using Computerized Accounting System
• A CPA holder is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews the regular reports of accounting clerks.
• Assist the Accounting Manager to maintain and improve regulations and procedures/policies.
• Assessing & reviewing accuracy of accounting data which directed at accounts receivable and keeping track of all receivable records.
• Supervise and monitor tax compliance and recommend on how to improve compliance and tax avoidance.
• To do Bank reconciliation of A/R and tax records.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like trainings & seminars.
