Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave benefits, and other perks.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay and benefits.
- Monitor compensation trends, labor legislation, and government regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and analyze reports on compensation, payroll, and benefits, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Support HR and management in performance evaluation processes, salary reviews, and bonus administration.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, pay, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll budgets and workforce cost analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and government regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and management.
