Training & Quality Manager (IT As A Service | McKinley)

We are seeking a results-driven Training & Quality Manager to lead training programs for Helpdesk employees in an IT As A Service environment. You will develop tailored learning solutions, lead a team of Trainers, and ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with business goals .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Helpdesk staff.
• Identify training needs and address skill gaps with tailored solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of Trainers, ensuring engaging delivery.
• Evaluate and enhance training materials for improved learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.
• Maintain training records and report on program effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for team professional development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years BPO training/L&D experience (required).
• 3–4 years training management experience (required).
• 5+ years BPO/call center industry experience (required).
• 2–4 years backend product support, technical integrations, or related technical operations experience (required).
• Advanced SQL proficiency; advanced technical knowledge of APIs and integrations.
• Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS environment strongly preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig with graveyard shift.

• Competitive salary: ₱90,000 – ₱165,000 + ₱20,000 fixed allowance.
