The Role: As Retail Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our guest experience. You’ll lead a team of food enthusiasts, ensuring our curated collections are beautifully showcased and our service remains unmatched.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate Operations: Oversee daily flow to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Mentor Excellence: Train and inspire sales associates to become true product ambassadors.
- Curate the Floor: Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maintain our premium aesthetic.
- Drive Results: Monitor sales targets and cash handling with sharp attention to detail.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned leader with 2+ years of supervisory experience in premium retail industry
- A strategic thinker with a degree in Business or a related field.
- A master communicator who can turn a customer inquiry into a lasting relationship.
- Schedule: 6 days a week, on a shifting basis (rotation includes morning & midshift).
- Incentives: Eligible for a share in the monthly Service Charge collection.
