About the Role
This Real Time Analyst role sits at the core of operational control, ensuring performance stability across high-volume financial service channels. You will directly influence customer experience and service delivery by managing intraday workforce dynamics, mitigating risks, and enabling leadership to make fast, data-driven decisions in a 24/7 lending environment.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management or Real-Time Analyst roles
- Strong working knowledge of NICE CXone including ACD, RTA dashboards, scheduling, and adherence tools
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including lookups, pivots, and data visualization
- Ability to analyze real-time data and execute immediate operational decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage Operations leadership
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and effective in fast-paced environments
- Monitor real-time queues, agent states, and KPIs within NICE CXone
- Identify performance risks and execute immediate corrective actions
- Communicate intraday updates and performance insights to Operations
- Track schedule adherence and coordinate follow-ups with team leaders
- Plot and publish agent schedules using NICE CXone tools
- Optimize schedules in real time through adjustments and overtime planning
- Reforecast staffing requirements based on live operational trends
- Generate intraday and WFM reports including adherence and interval performance
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from WFM and Operations teams
- Maintain daily logs for forecasting and planning alignment
- Act as the bridge between WFM, Operations, and Support teams
- Escalate system issues, staffing gaps, and operational risks promptly
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership during peak and critical periods
