Shine Bright Development Corp. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to lead and manage the completion of The Point.

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related engineering course
• At least two years of construction or site-management experience
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• Able to read plans, inspect construction works, supervise personnel, and resolve site problems
• Experience in commercial or multi-storey building projects is preferred
• Responsible, hands-on, organized, and capable of leading a team

• Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the project site
• Lead and coordinate foremen, workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and administrative staff
• Monitor subcontractors’ progress, manpower, quality of work, and compliance with their respective scopes
• Coordinate the delivery, inspection, and availability of materials with suppliers
• Check construction errors, defects, incomplete works, and deviations from approved plans and specifications
• Prepare, update, and monitor punch-list items until all deficiencies are corrected
• Monitor the quality and progress of structural, architectural, and finishing works
• Inspect and monitor all MEPF works, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems
• Ensure all installations follow approved plans, specifications, engineering standards, and safety requirements
• Review work schedules and make sure contractors and suppliers meet project deadlines
• Check completed accomplishments, material quantities, measurements, and workmanship before approval
• Coordinate with management, consultants, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government inspectors
• Lead the site administrative staff in preparing reports, records, documentation, photographs, and progress updates
• Conduct regular site inspections and immediately recommend practical solutions to construction problems
• Enforce site safety, cleanliness, discipline, productivity, and proper work procedures
• Lead the project toward total completion, testing, commissioning, final inspection, turnover, and acceptance
