JOB DESCRIPTION

An Operations Assistant/executive assistant will work closely with the operations directors. Supports the daily activities of the business to help operations run smoothly. Main tasks include preparing business reports, assisting and monitoring different projects related to healthcare, communicating with different departments for administrative and operational tasks.

And ensures efficiency, accuracy, and smooth communication within the company.

QUALIFICATION
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business administration, office administration, or a related discipline.
  • Working in healthcare industry, an executive-level environment or supporting high-level executives is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is highly desirable. This could include experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar positions where organizational and communication skills were utilized.
