Job Overview:
The Cashier plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the Accounting Department by efficiently processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and ensuring accurate daily balancing and reconciliation of office accounts.

This role contributes to the financial integrity and stability of the organization.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrate accuracy and meticulousness in handling cash, processing transactions, and preparing reports.
Process Discipline: Adhere to established protocols and procedures for cash handling, reconciliation, and banking procedures.
Time Management: Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely processing of transactions.
Integrity: Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all financial transactions.
Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and patients.
Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash handling and accounting.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, ability to operate standard office equipment, and excellent communication skills.
Personality: Pleasing personality, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to multitask.
