Sales Representative
About the role
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join the Fourleaf Development Group Corporation team in our Imus City, Cavite office. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth for the company.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and identifying new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present Fourleaf Development Group Corporation's products and services
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to convert leads into customers
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Providing feedback and insights to the sales management team to help inform product development and improve sales processes
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
