Junior Video Producer (Videographer) - Quezon City

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on conceptualizing video ideas aligned with campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming, scriptwriting, and storyboarding sessions.
• Scout and prepare filming locations (in-store shoots, commissary, office, or on-location as needed).
• Coordinate with internal departments and external talents for shoot schedules, permissions, and resources.

• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct talent during filming to ensure performance aligns with storyboard and branding.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality during shoots.
• Capture B-roll footage for future marketing content use.

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for multiple platforms (social media, in-store displays, website, recruitment, etc.).
• Add motion graphics, music, text overlays, and branding elements as needed.
• Ensure videos are optimized for platform specifications (aspect ratio, length, resolution).
• Assist in organizing and archiving video assets.

• Product showcases (e.g., behind-the-scenes of our desserts)
• Brand storytelling and employee features
• Store opening highlights and event coverage
• Recruitment and training videos
• Social media content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in videography or content production (internships and freelance projects may be considered).
• Portfolio or demo reel is required upon application.
• Proficient in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic video production equipment.
• Knowledge in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Basic knowledge in motion graphics or animation tools is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Canva Pro).
• Experience with color correction and audio mixing is a plus.
