- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, business operations, or related operational roles
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, telecommunications services, or technology companies
- Strong understanding of commercial workflow systems, forecasting processes, pipeline management, operational reporting, and process governance
- Experience supporting complex or long-cycle enterprise sales cycles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing operational workflows and KPI reporting
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones is highly desirable
Responsibilities
Sales Process and Pipeline Operations- Support the management of the global sales pipeline across Cloud Gaming opportunities
- Maintain opportunity qualification frameworks, deal stage progression, forecasting processes, and commercial tracking activities
- Coordinate opportunity reviews and align Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance teams throughout deal progression and deployment planning
- Build and maintain sales reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and forecasting models
- Track pipeline progression, conversion rates, deployment milestones, subscriber growth, partnership expansion, monetization, and other key commercial metrics
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting processes
- Improve forecasting accuracy and operational visibility across the business
- Support quote, proposal, order, and contracting workflows across commercial opportunities
- Coordinate customer onboarding, deployment readiness, and commercial execution activities across cross-functional teams
- Maintain consistency and operational visibility across pipeline tracking, reporting environments, commercial workflows, and coordination processes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to improve commercial efficiency
- Manage commercial workflows across Google Workspace-based systems, pipeline tracking tools, reporting environments, and automation workflows
- Maintain data quality, reporting consistency, and operational visibility across sales and commercial operations
- Support the development and optimization of operational tools, automation workflows, reporting environments, and workflow management processes
- Develop scalable operational standards, documentation, and commercial operating processes
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support commercial execution
- Align sales forecasting with deployment planning and operational readiness
- Participate in operational reviews, commercial planning discussions, and KPI reporting activities
- Ensure operational transparency and effective communication across internal teams
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, deployment progress, and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and commercial scalability
- Develop operational reports and executive-level business insights
- Establish scalable sales operations processes to support business growth
- Support onboarding, training, and operational enablement initiatives across the sales organization
- Foster collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams
