- Brand Revenue Performance
- Own the monthly revenue performance of assigned brands, ensuring alignment with internal targets and TikTok/E-commerce benchmarks.
- Monitor daily GMV pacing, campaign performance, and sales levers; identify gaps and execute corrective action plans with Live Host Team and ALs.
- Client Handling & Coordination
- Lead weekly client syncs, manage client briefs, and ensure timely submission of reports, plans, and updates.
- Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism across all communication channels, ensuring clarity, alignment, and expectation-setting with brand partners.
- Livestream Quality Oversight
- Supervise Live Host scenes, transitions, engagement strategy, outfit readiness, and show run flow in coordination with the Live Host Team Leader.
- Validate show quality via Livestream QA Sheets and ensure alignment to brand messaging, product priorities, and campaign direction.
- BAU & Campaign Execution
- Ensure on-time delivery of all planned briefs, lineups, collabs, and campaign requirements.
- Track and manage project schedules, campaign deadlines, and deliverables across brands and internal teams.
- Live & Video Data Monitoring
- Oversee log-keeping of key live shows and content performance, including daily recaps, tagging accuracy, and validation of metrics.
- Use data insights to guide hosts, ALs, and brand direction for continuous improvement.
- Leadership & Coaching of Account Leads
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, 1:1s, and performance evaluations with ALs, ensuring quality execution and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain team engagement, communicate updates clearly, and reinforce best practices across the team.
- Live Host QA & Performance
- Coordinate with Live Host QA team to audit host adherence to scripts, outfit standards, live readiness, and brand expectations.
- Reinforce feedback and improvement plans with the Live Host Team Leader and hosts.
- Attrition & Engagement Management
- Monitor resignations, attendance trends, and engagement of ALs and hosts.
- Collaborate with HR to address early risks, implement retention strategies, and build a positive team environment.
- Admin Reporting & Documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of trackers, weekly decks, lineup sheets, GSheets, and all client/brand deliverables
- Maintain a complete digital repository of reports and dashboards for transparency and audit readiness.
- Attendance, Timeliness & Work Discipline
- Demonstrate consistent punctuality, attendance compliance, and adherence to internal policies.
- Lead by example in maintaining discipline and professionalism, especially during peak campaign periods.
